PROCESS

1. Find websites that discuss the food groups and the amounts of those nutrients our body needs each day. Use your web evaluation form to be sure a website is credible. I'll help you out- visiting https://www.choosemyplate.gov/kids is a great start. 

2. Create your day of eating. Write down your ideas so that you can erase/edit your meals as necessary. 

3. Talk to your classmates! See if they believe you've hit all the important food groups or if you need some adjusting. Collab! Collab! Collab! But remember, this is a web based assignment. The internet is your biggest source for this assignment.

4. Bring your ideas to life! Display your ideal eating day on a poster-board. (The materials are all in the back of the room). Use the magazines to cut out pictures and make your poster nice to look at.

5. Turn it in with your name on the back by Friday July 12th.
